A lamp in the room would’ve been nice!!! The black damp marks in the bathroom indicate a need for maintenance!!! The toilets could really use a good scrubbing!!!

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. We loved finding a cozy café just a block down where my kids enjoyed pastries. Communication through WhatsApp was convenient when we needed assistance, and the room was generally clean for our family stay.

My kids wished there were more amenities specific for families, like a play area. Additionally, some areas could use better soundproofing, as noise from other guests disrupted our sleep a few times.
